The Great River Chapter always gives a local award to some organization or person that helps the association with their Summer Send-Off.  This year the award was presented by Sarah Bockhold, president, to Rachel Bringer-Shepherd on July 26, 2019, at Jackson Park Golf Course.  Rachel has contributed a $500 scholarship every year for as long as we have been having the summer event, which has been seven years. .
